Synopsis

The event takes a mystical turn when a paralyzed former jockey, Johnny Joestar, witnesses the extraordinary abilities of a racer named Gyro Zeppeli. Upon touching Gyro's unique steel balls, Johnny experiences a miraculous recovery, regaining the use of his legs.
