Urusei Yatsura (2022)
うる星やつら
Synopsis
Earth faces an alien invasion by the Oni, whose leader offers a reprieve: a human must win a game of tag against his daughter, Lum. The chosen participant is Ataru Moroboshi, a lecherous high schooler. With only ten days to succeed, Ataru struggles against Lum's supernatural abilities. Fueled by a promise from his childhood friend Shinobu, Ataru manages to secure victory, albeit through a mishap. Lum, misinterpreting Ataru's intentions, believes he wishes to marry her and moves in with him. The story follows Ataru's attempts to evade the persistent Lum while trying to win back Shinobu, questioning if luck will ever favor him after this turn of events.
