Build Divide: Code Black

Synopsis

In the futuristic city of Neo Kyoto, the card game "Build Divide" dictates every aspect of life, from personal disputes to social standing. The ultimate goal for any player is to become the King, a ruler whose mastery of the game grants them immense power. Teruto Kurabe, a young man with amnesia, arrives in Neo Kyoto with only his name and a Build Divide deck. Guided by fellow player Sakura Banka, Teruto relearns the game and his quest to confront the King. Their path to the throne lies in the Rebuild tournament, where accumulating twenty-one tokens from opponents is the key to challenging the current monarch. As Teruto progresses, fragmented memories resurface, casting doubt on the true nature of Neo Kyoto and his own past.
