Lupin III: Seven Days Rhapsody
ルパン三世 「セブンデイズ・ラプソディ」
Synopsis
Lupin and Jigen set their sights on a massive payday at a New York racetrack, with only six days until their meticulously crafted plan unfolds. To mark the occasion, they visit a nearby town. Lupin soon encounters Michelle, a young woman pursued by shadowy figures. She implores Lupin to steal a diamond from her father, hoping to thwart his nefarious activities. Seeing an opportunity to acquire both the diamond and their original target, Lupin agrees to protect Michelle for the next six days. Concurrently, Jigen reunites with an old comrade, Ryatte, to discuss a separate venture, with Jigen slated to spend the intervening six days with him. Meanwhile, Fujiko and Goemon are also plotting their own heist, aiming to pilfer a diamond from an exhibition hosted by a mysterious figure.
