Synopsis

In the futuristic city of Washinkyo, the bumbling detective Kuruma Jo and his naive assistant Yoroi Takeshi run a struggling private investigation agency. Their landlord's daughter, Nanba Teru, constantly threatens them with eviction due to unpaid rent. Unbeknownst to Jo and Teru, Takeshi harbors a secret: he is the son of the International Police Chief and, when danger arises, transforms into the powerful superhero "Hurricane" Polymer. With his loyal Saint Bernard, Daisaku, as the only confidant, Takeshi, as Polymer, joins forces with Jo to battle a variety of villains and protect the city.
