Synopsis

In a hidden dimension mirroring London, dragons, unseen and unknown to the public, are responsible for a staggering number of fatalities. Within this "Reverse London," agents known as "Witches" from the organization Wing Bind combat these creatures using magic. Ninny Spangcole, a pop idol by day, is a Witch by night, working alongside her partner Noel Niihashi. Their duties include protecting a young man named Balgo, who possesses a mysterious link to the dragons. A century of peace is shattered when Balgo's proximity triggers a devastating Dark Dragon attack. The situation escalates with the arrival of Ninny's former bandmate, who brings another formidable dragon with her.
