Poputepipikku Kinen

Synopsis

This brief animated promotion for the Japan Racing Association's Umabi service features two characters, Popuko and Pipimi. The voice actors for the characters change halfway through the video, with a different pair taking over for the latter half. This particular presentation uses a standard audience character, though the original format allowed for viewer customization.
