Synopsis
In the Universal Century year 0097, the world remains largely unchanged despite the acknowledgment of Newtype rights following the Laplace Incident. The conflict, which saw the Neo Zeon remnants defeated and two powerful psycho-frame mobile suits vanish, is believed to be over. However, the RX-0 Unicorn Gundam 03, previously missing, reappears as a golden mobile suit known as Phenex, threatening to disrupt the fragile peace.
