Digimon Adventure tri. 2: Ketsui

Synopsis

Digital monsters exhibiting uncontrollable aggression and enhanced abilities are breaching into our world. As agents investigate these unsettling incursions, most of the Chosen Children are preoccupied with a school festival. Mimi Tachikawa, newly back from abroad, finds it hard to reconnect with her peers and fellow Digimon partners. Simultaneously, Jou Kido's focus on academics has led him to shun Digimon-related matters, resulting in his partner Gomamon's disappearance. These personal struggles create tension among the group just as the danger of infected Digimon escalates. Can Mimi and Jou overcome their individual challenges to aid their friends against this escalating menace?
