Synopsis
A young woman named Chinami Ebihara possesses a peculiar gift: she emits electromagnetic waves when overcome by strong emotions. This unusual power, which interferes with electrical devices, has led her to switch schools multiple times. Upon enrolling in a new high school at eighteen, Chinami's abilities once again disrupt the school's electronics. This time, however, a fellow student, Kotaro Kannagi, witnesses the event and becomes fascinated, dedicating himself to understanding her unique "TYPE-E" phenomenon.
