Lupin III: Lupin Ansatsu Shirei

Synopsis

Disgraced and despondent, Inspector Zenigata finds himself drinking with his nemesis, Lupin. Lupin proposes an unlikely alliance to tackle a new threat: the arms dealing syndicate, Shot Shell. They enlist the expertise of scientist Karen Korinsky, both for her knowledge and to shield her from Shot Shell's reach. Meanwhile, the ICPO appoints Keith Hayden to the Lupin case, a ruthless operative intent on eliminating Lupin and his associates.
