Following Raoh's defeat, Kenshiro confronts a new threat: the Gentou Kouken warriors led by Falco, who serves the tyrannical Jacko. Jacko, claiming divine selection, mandates the capture of citizens to construct his Imperial Capital. Kenshiro intervenes to halt this oppression. During the conflict, Lynn is abducted and transported to the perilous land of Shura, a realm inhabited by brutal warriors. Kenshiro must now venture into Shura, face its formidable Rasho, and rescue Lynn while battling for his own survival.
